The WordPress Miscellaneous Settings currently deals uniquely in file uploading.
In particular, the Miscellaneous Settings page contains the following entries:
- Uploading Files - By the ‘Store uploads in this folder‘ entry you can declare the directory in your blog installation where you want WordPress to install the data or image files you will be uploading. The default for this entry is ‘wp-content/uploads’. The ‘Full URL path to files‘ entry is optional and normally you should leave it blank. By ticking on the related box of the following entry, you can set if you wish uploaded files to be organized in month- and year-based folders. The ‘Track Links’ Update Time‘ entry should normally be left off.
